目的：评价延续护理对促进腹股沟疝日间手术后患者康复的效果。方法：选取科室行“通过腹腔镜疝囊高位结扎术”的日间手术患者364例。对照组接受常规护理和出院指导，在出院后72 h及7 d进行电话随访。试验组在此基础上采取电话随访和网络平台的方式实施延续护理，分别在出院后6 h、24 h、48 h、72 h及7 d，使用科室制定的《日间手术康复评价表》进行健康指导和效果监测。结果：干预后试验组患者再就诊率和术后排便异常、发热、切口感染发生率低于对照组（P＜0．05或P＜0．01），试验组患者满意度优于对照组（P＜0．01）。结论：对腹股沟疝日间手术患者出院后实施延续护理，能有效降低出院后再就诊率、并发症发生率，提高患者满意度，确保日间手术的有效性和安全性。%Objective:To evaluate the effect of transitional care on the rehabilitation of patients undergoing day surgery of inguinal hernia.Methods:364 patients undergoing a day surgery , laparoscopic high ligation of hernial sac , were selected in our department .Both control group and experimental group were given routine nursing and discharge guidance .The control group only received telephone visit 72 hours and 7 days after discharge from hospital .The experimental group did transitional care by using telephone visit and network platform 6 hours, 24 hours,48 hours, 72 hours and 7 days after discharge from hospital; health guidance and efficacy monitoring were conducted by using self-made Table for Evaluating Rehabilitation Effect of Day Surgery. Results:After the intervention, the incidence of re-visiting and postoperative abnormal defecation , fever and infection in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group ( P <0.05 or P <0.01 );the experimental group demonstrated higher degree of satisfaction than the control group ( P <0.01 ) . Conclusion: Transitional care for patients undergoing day surgery after discharge from hospital can effectively reduce the incidence of re -visiting and complications , improve the patients’ degree of satisfaction , and ensure the effectiveness and safety of day surgery .
