采用经皮肾金属扩张器输尿管镜弹道碎石治疗膀胱结石

To-explore-the-applied-val-ue-of-metal-percutaneous-renal-dilator-combined-with-ureteroscop-ic-lithotripsy-i-n-the-treat-ment-of-bladder-calculis-.Methods-:Fro-m-2009-January-to-2013-December-,a-total-of-80-blad-der-calculi-patients-were-gi-ven-etal-percutaneous-renal-dilator-combined-with-ureteroscopic-lithotripsy-.There-were-68-males-and-12-females-with-age-ranging-from-22-to-85-years-(mean-58-years-old-).Forty-five-cases-were-diagnosed-as-benign-prostatic-hyperplasia-with-bladder-calculi-.There-were-5-cases-of-posteri-or-urethral-calculi-.Thirty-five-cases-suffered-from-multi-ple-bladder-stones-(ranging-from-2-to-20-pieces-).Results-:All-80-cases-were-treated-successfully-.-No-obvi-ous-he-morrhage-and-perforati-on-of-bladder-,water-i-ntoxicati-on-or-resi-dual-stone-was-observed-.Forty-five-ca-ses-of-benign-prostatic-hyperplasia-with-bladder-calculis-were-treated-at-one-ti-me-after-transurethral-resection-of-the-prostate-.Conclusions-:Metal-percutaneous-renal-dilator-combined-with-ureteroscopic-lithotripsy-is-a-safe-and-effecti-ve-method-to-treat-bladder-calculis-.%目的：探讨经皮肾金属扩张器输尿管镜弹道碎石治疗膀胱结石的应用价值。方法：回顾2009年1月~2013年1月采用经皮肾金属扩张器输尿管镜弹道碎石治疗膀胱结石80例患者的临床资料,男68例,女12例,年龄22~85岁,平均58岁。其中45例诊断为前列腺增生并膀胱结石,膀胱多发结石35例,结石多发为2~20枚。结果：80例患者全部一次性碎石成功,无明显膀胱出血,无膀胱穿孔、水中毒及结石残留等并发症,45例前列腺增生并膀胱结石患者,碎石后同期行前列腺电切术。结论：采用金属扩张器输尿管镜弹道碎石治疗膀胱结石是一种安全有效的方法,对基层医院掌握输尿镜手术经验的单位,采用本方法成功率高,适合推广。
