目的：：比较3 D 腹腔镜与2 D 腹腔镜下行肾部分切除的疗效。方法：于2013年10月~2014年7月应用腹腔镜技术行肾部分切除术30%Objective :To co mpare the efficiency of three-di mensi onal (3D )laparoscopic and t wo-di mensi onal (2D)laparoscopic partial nephrecto my for renal neoplas m.Methods :Fro m October 201 3 to Jul y 201 4 ,a total of 30 cases of renal neoplas m were treated with laparoscopic partial nephrecto my ,of which 1 5 patients were operated by 3D laparoscopic partial nephrecto my (3D group )and 1 5 patients by 2Dlaparoscopic partial nephrecto my (2D group ). Retroperitoneal approach was applied for all patients .The cli nical data were co mpared bet ween the t wo groups .Re-sults :All surgeries were successfull y co mpleted without conversi on .The operati ve ti me of 3D group was si gnificantl y shorter than 2D group (74 ±24 mi n vs .1 05 ±49 mi n ,P =0.036 ).No si gnificantl y difference was seen i n the respect of war mische mia ,esti mated bl ood l oss ,change of bl ood creati ni ne ,drai nage stay and hospital stay .With the mean foll o w-up of 6 months ,no recurrence was seen i n all patients .Conclusions :3Dlaparoscopic techni que co mpared with 2D traditi onal laparoscopic techni que has obvi ous advantage i n the spatial l ocati on and the sense of depth .To so me extent ,3D laparoscopic surgery reduces operati ve difficulty and shortens operati ve ti me .This techni que is worth to be pro moted .
