超微通道经皮肾镜碎石术治疗上尿路结石的疗效及安全性评估(附26例报告)

摘要

目的:探讨超微通道经皮肾镜碎石术治疗上尿路结石的疗效及安全性.方法:回顾性分析2015年7~12月期间采用超微通道经皮肾镜碎石术治疗26例上尿路结石患者的临床资料.结果:26例患者均顺利完成手术,无一例发生大出血、感染等重大并发症.平均手术时间(28.6±9.3)min,术前血红蛋白平均(128.3±15.6)g/L,术后血红蛋白平均(119.7±11.6)g/L,术后尿管留置1 d,术后平均住院(3.5±1.3)d.结论:超微通道经皮肾镜碎石术具有创伤小、出血风险小、术后无需留置肾造瘘管、恢复快、住院时间短等优点,值得广大基层医院推广.%Objective: To evaluate the efficacy and safety of super mini percutaneous nephrolithotomy (SMPCNL) in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi treatment.Methods: The clinical data of 26 patients with upper urinary tract calculi treated by SMPCNL in our hospital from July 2015 to December were analyzed retrospectively.Results: SMPCNL was performed successfully on 26 patients.No heavy bleeding and bacterial infection occurred in any patient.The average operation time was (28.6±9.3) min,the average hemoglobin level before operation was (128.3±15.6) g/L,and decreased to (119.7±11.6) g/L after the operation.The urinary catheter was removed one day after the operation,and the mean postoperative hospital stay was (3.5±1.3) days.Conclusions: The clinical value of SMPCNL in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi is significant,with advantages as small wound,less blood loss,no nephrostomy tube placement,rapid recovery and shorter hospital stay.It is recommended to practice in primary level hospitals.
