肛管连接冲洗器在膀胱血凝块清除术中的应用

摘要

目的：：探讨肛管外接冲洗器在膀胱血凝块清除术中的应用价值。方法：回顾性分析安康市中心医院泌尿外科2013年3月~2015年12月及中国人民解放军总医院泌尿外科2016年2月~2016年6月膀胱内血凝块清除的临床病例资料。其中经皮肾镜碎石取石术后30例,前列腺电切术后11例,前列腺增生症6例,肾挫裂伤4例,血小板减少并发膀胱出血1例；膀胱内血凝块为30 mm×25 mm~80 mm×100 mm。所有病例均采用肛管外接冲洗器清除膀胱内血凝块。结果：52例利用肛管外接冲洗器清除血凝块,2例经膀胱镜下激光止血术,1例接受左肾切除术,所用病例均无尿道膀胱损伤的并发症。结论：肛管外接冲洗器是处理膀胱内血凝块安全有效的方法,值得临床应用。%Objective:To investigate the clinical value of flusher connected with anal tube in cleaning operation of bladder blood clots.Methods:The clinical data of 52 cases undergoing cleaning operation of bladder blood clots by flusher connected with anal tube during March 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital and February 2016 to June 2016 in Chinese PLA General Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.This study included 30 cases after PC-NL,1 1 cases after transurethral resection of prostate,6 cases of prostate hyperplasia,1 case of bladder bleeding of thrombocytopenia,and 4 cases of renal contusion and laceration.The average size of blood clots in the bladder was 30 mm×25 mm-80 mm×100 mm.All cases received cleaning operation of blood clots by flusher connected with anal tube.Results:All blood clots were cleaned and no bladder or urethral inj ury occurred.Two cases were subj ected to laser coagulation under cystoscope.One case underwent left nephrectomy.Conclusions:Cleaning oper-ation of bladder blood clots by flusher connected with anal tube is safe,effective,and worthy of clinical promotion.
