机器人辅助腹腔镜新技术进展

摘要

手术机器人技术已应用于各种泌尿手术，取得了较好的临床疗效。随着技术的进步，不断研发出各种新技术应用于机器人手术平台，为推动机器人手术的发展及提高手术疗效提供了技术保证。本文就单孔机器人技术、术中超声技术、近红外光显像技术的进展作一简单总结及展望。%Surgical robotic techniques had been applied to a variety of urological procedures,and achieved fa-vorable clinical efficacy.With advances in technology,a variety of new technologies were continuously employed in robot surgery platform,which provided a technical support to promote the development of robotic surgery and im-prove the surgical efficacy.In this review,we will summarize the progression and make a prospect of the robot-as-sisted laparoendoscopic single-site surgery,intraoperative ultrasonography and near infrared fluorescence imaging technology.
