目的探讨负压封闭引流技术治疗糖尿病足的疗效及护理方法.方法将23例糖尿病足患者按住院时间随机分为观察组13例和对照组10例，两组均给予入院常规治疗，观察组在此基础上给予负压封闭引流治疗，对照组使用外科换药和护理.结果观察两组创面显效时间，两组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.01).结论负压封闭引流技术能大大缩短糖尿病足创面的治愈时间.%Objective To explore the curative effect of vacuum sealing drainage(VSD)in the treatment of diabetic foot and the nursing. Methods 23 cases with diabetic foot were randomly divided into 2 groups:observation group(n=13)and control group(n=10);routine treatment was given to all the patients in both groups while vacuum sealing drainage was added to patients in observation group and surgical dressing change and nursing to patients in control group. Results Observation was made to the effective time in the 2 groups and there existed a great difference between the 2 groups(P<0.01). Conclusions Vacuum sealing drainage can obviously short-en the healing time of the wound surface of diabetic foot.
