采用 SDS - PAGE 电泳和银染显色法对正常涡虫及其不同时间再生涡虫组织中低分子蛋白质及其含量进行比较分析.结果显示:再生涡虫蛋白条带及其含量在再生18 h 内呈减少趋势,之后至36 h 蛋白条带呈增加恢复的趋势,蛋白含量减少现象在 Rf 约为0.25-0.5和0.65-0.75两区间中尤为明显.%By SDS - polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and silver staining method comparatively,low molecu-lar weight protein in normal Dugesia japonica and regeneration Dugesia japonica organizations at different time were compared. The results showed that regenerating planarian protein bands and its content decreases within 18 h,whereas the protein bands is the increasing trend of the recovery from 18 h to 36 h,the phenomenon that the protein content is reduced is particularly evident in the two intervals of Rf 0. 25 - 0. 5 and Rf 0. 65 - 0. 75.
