丹红注射液对老年慢性肺心病急性加重期患者的治疗作用及其对血液流变学的影响

         

摘要

目的:探讨丹红注射液治疗老年慢性肺源性心脏病急性加重期患者的疗效并分析丹红注射液对老年肺心病患者血液流变学的影响。方法:将128例老年肺心病急性加重期患者随机分为治疗组(65例)和对照组(63例),对照组给予常规综合治疗(包括吸氧、抗炎、解痉、化痰、强心、利尿、扩血管等),治疗组在上述基础上加用丹红注射液30ml兑入5%葡萄糖针250ml静滴,1次/d ,疗程14d。观察两组患者治疗前、后的血液流变学指标、动脉血气分析指标以及主要临床症状和体征的变化情况。结果:两组比较,治疗组临床疗效的总有效率优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组血气分析、血液流变学等各项指标较对照组均明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:丹红注射液能有效降低老年慢性肺心病急性加重期患者的血液黏稠度,改善血液高凝状态,降低肺循环阻力从而改善心肺功能,显著提高临床疗效。%Objective:To explore the curative effect of Danhong injection treatment of elderly patients with acute ag-gravating period of chronic Pneumocardial disease and analyze the effect of hemodynamic .Methods:128 cases of elderly patients with acute aggravating period of chronic Pneumocardial disease randomly divided into treatment group(65 ca-ses)and control group(63 cases) ,the treatment group afford routine comprehensive treatment(including oxygen up-take ,spasmolysis ,strong heart ,diuresis and expand blood vessels) ,the Danhong injection treatment group on the a-bove-mentioned treatment foundation add to use 30ml Danhong injection in 5% glucose injection 250ml static drops , once a day ,period of treatment 14 days .Both groups were observed by hemodynamic indexes ,Arterial blood gas analy-sis index and the main changes of the clinical signs and symptoms before and after treatment .Results:Compare with control group ,the total effective rate of clinical curative effect in the Danhong injection treatment group is superior to that in the control group(P<0 .01);the arterial blood gas analysis ,hemodynamic indexes in the Danhong injection treatment group is substantial improvement to that in the control group(P<0 .01) .Conclusion:In the elderly patients with acute aggravating period of chronic Pneumocardial disease Danhong injection can effectively reducing the blood vis-cosity ,improve blood high condensation state ,reduce the pulmonary circulation resistance and improve cardiopulmo-nary function ,and can significantly improve the clinical efficacy .
