冠心病患者血清超敏C反应蛋白、肌钙蛋白、血脂水平变化及意义分析

Objective:To investigate the changes of serum high sensitive C reactive protein,troponin I and serum lipid levels in patients with coronary heart disease and its clinical significance.Methods:From March 2013 to March 2015 134 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital,including 56 cases of patients with stable angina pectoris, as group A,43 cases of unstable angina patients,as group B,35 cases of patients with acute myocardial infarction,as C group,and selected 75 cases in our hospital physical examination center health examination as the control group.The serum levels of hs-CRP,cTnI,TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C and other related biochemical indexes of the four groups were monitored and compared.Results:Hs-CRP index in A group were higher than the control group,P<0.05;B group and C group of hs-CRP,cTnI,TG,TC,LDL-C index was higher than the control group,P<0.05,but the HDL-C index is lower than the control group,P<0.05,hs-CRP,cTnI,TG,TC,LDL-C index lower than that of C group A group and the B group,HDL-C index was higher than that in C group,P<0.05;A group of hs-CRP,cTnI index lower than that of B group,P<0.05,the level of hs-CRP,TG,cTnI associated with TC,LDL-C positive,with HDL-C negative correlation,P<0.05,the level of TG,TC,LDL-C,HDL-C associated with cTnI negative,P>0.05,with hs-CRP positive correlation,P<0.05.Conclusion:Hs-CRP,cTnI,TG,TC,LDL-C index for coronary heart disease in patients with the disease prediction has important significance.%目的:探讨冠心病患者血清超敏C反应蛋白、肌钙蛋白、血脂水平变化及临床意义.方法:选取2013年3月-2015年3月我院收治的冠心病患者134例,其中稳定型心绞痛患者56例,作为A组,不稳定型心绞痛患者43例,作为B组,急性心肌梗死患者35例,作为C组,并选取同期我院体检中心的健康体检者75例,作为对照组.分别监测四组患者的血清hs-CRP、cTnI、TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C等相关生化指标,并进行对比.结果:A组患者的hs-CRP指标高于对照组,P<0.05;B组和C组的hs-CRP、cTnI、TG、TC、LDL-C指标高于对照组,P<0.05,但HDL-C指标低于对照组,P<0.05;A组和B组的hs-CRP、cTnI、TG、TC、LDL-C指标低于C组,HDL-C指标高于C组,P<0.05;A组的hs-CRP、cTnI指标低于B组,P<0.05.hs-CRP水平同cTnI、TG、TC、LDL-C呈正相关,同HDL-C呈负相关,P<0.05.cTnI与TG、TC、LDL-C、HDL-C之间不存在相关性,P>0.05,与hs-CRP呈正相关性,P<0.05.结论:hs-CRP、cTnI、TG、TC、LDL-C指标对于冠心病患者的疾病预测有重要意义.
