痛风患者血尿酸水平与血小板相关参数及CD62p的关系

摘要

Objective To study the relationship among the concentration of uric acid and four platelet parameters,CD62p in the patients with the gout. Methods Automatic biochemistry apparatus, blood cells analyzer and flow cytometer was used to determine the blood concentration of uric acid and four platelet parameters,CD62p in the 67 patients with the gout in their acute phase and paracmasia and in 87 normal controls. The spss 16.0 was used to analyse the relevance between UA and other indicators. Results The concentration of UA, CD62p,PLT,PCT in the patients with the gout were obviously higher than the normal controls. The MPV,PDW were obviously lower than the normal controls(P <0.01 or 0.05). The concentration of UA,CD62p,PLT,PCT of severe HUA were significantly higher than the moderate ones. The UA was associated with the PLT.PCT and CD62p (P <0.05 ) ,and the relevance with the MPV and PDW was not obvious. Conclusion The HUA was contributed to the increase of PLT and CD62p,and further encouraged to participate in the activation of platelet,the forming of blood clots and may eventually lead to the high freezed blood.%目的 探讨痛风患者急性期与缓解期血尿酸水平与血小板相关参数以及CD62p之间的关系.方法 选取67例痛风患者,在急性期和缓解期分别用全自动生化仪,血细胞分析仪和流式细胞仪检测血尿酸(UA)含量、血小板数量(PLT)、血小板平均体积(MPV)、血小板压积(PCT)、血小板体积分布宽度(PDW)以及CD62p的量,统计软件分析血尿酸与各指标相关性,87例正常体检者为对照组.结果 痛风患者急性期、缓解期与正常对照组MPV,PDW依次逐渐增高,UA、CD62p、PLT,PCT依次逐渐降低,差异具有统计学意义(P ＜0.05或0.01)；按照血尿酸含量将痛风患者分为重度和轻中度高尿酸血组,重度组PLT、PCT,CD62p则显著高于轻中度组,差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.01),两组MPV和PDW差异无统计学意义；相关性分析结果 显示,UA与PL和PCT,CD62p呈正相关(P＜0.05),与MPV和PDW相关性不明显.结论 高尿酸血症导致PLT升高,CD62p表达量急剧上升,促使血小板活化,参与血栓形成,可能最终导致血液高凝.
