Objective Variances of the vocal cords form and acoustic parameters of the vocal cords patients were compared before and after surgery polyp with normal individuals. The purpose of this paper was providing theory basis for evaluation the acoustic improvement after laryngoscopy polyps operation and predicting evidence for using acoustic parameters on the feasibility of vocal polyp diagnoses. Methods Morphological evaluation and photographical comparing were carried out before and after the electronic laryngoscopy vocal operation of 40 polypcases. Another 40 normal candidates were set as control. Voice acoustic comparison analyses were conducted with Dr. Speech 4, 0 (Tiger DRS Inc., Shanghai, China). Results Semi translucent, white or pink lumps with smooth surface were found at the 1/3 of the front and middle of one side vocal cord before operation. The operated vocal cord revealed a smooth surface after surgery and symmetric vibration of the vocal on the postoperative examination. Before the surgery, vowels parameters such as jitter, shimmer and NNE in the experimental group were higher than the normal group, on the contrary, the level of HNR and SNR was lower than the normal group. All variances reached a statistic significant level. At the same time, compared with the vowels parameters level before surgery, the level of jitter, shimmer and NNE demonstrated a decline tendency while the HNE and SNR indicated a rising tendency. All the vowels parameters after poly operation stayed a higher level compared with the ordinary group, however, no statistic meaningful level was observed.rnConclusion The acoustic analysis could be an assessment clue for vocal cords polyp effect after surgery.%目的 比较电子喉镜下声带息肉手术前后声带形态及声学参数的变化,评价声学测试在声带息肉诊断和疗效评估中的意义.方法 对40例嗓音正常成年人及40例声带息肉患者手术前后在电子喉镜下进行声带形态学评估,同时采用上海泰亿格公司生产的Dr.Speech4.0软件行嗓音声学比较分析.结果 声带息肉术前可见一侧声带的前、中1/3交界处半透明、白色或粉红色表面光滑的肿物,可带蒂；术后复查术侧声带表面光滑,声门闭合良好.声带息肉组术前各元音的jitter、shimmer及NNE值均高于正常组,HNR及SNR值低于正常组,差异具有统计学意义；声带息肉术后各元音的jitter、shimmer及NNE值降低,HNR和SNR值上升,与术前各参数值相比,差异均具统计学意义；术后各元音的jitter、shimmer及NNE仍高于正常,HNR和SNR值增高,与正常组比较差异无统计学意义.结论 嗓音声学参数可作为声带息肉术后疗效的客观评价依据.
