:Objective To explore the effect of compulsory quantitative voice training on postoperative voice recovery of patients with vocal cord polyp. Methods 〓Totally 60 patients with vocal cord polyp admitted from July 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30). Patients in control group received perioperative nursing, and those in observation group received compulsory quantitative voice training during perioperative period. The acoustic parameters and pronunciation ability scores were compared between two groups before and after interventions. Results 〓On the day 14 and 30, the values of base frequency, mean longest pronunciation time(MPT), base frequency perturbation, and pronunciation ability scores in observation group were superior to those in control group at the same time points(P0.05). Conclusion 〓compulsory quantitative voice training, which has good supervision and guiding effect, is applicable for perioperative patients, is convenient for patients' self-training on specification, thus improving operative effects and protecting patients voice.
