Objective To investigate the effect of Ala - Gin on intestinal mucosa permeability after severe brain injury. Methods 30 patients with severe brain injury were randomized into Gin group(nutrition supported treatment enriched with Ala - Glu,15 cases) and control group (nutrition supported treatment only, IS cases). The alterations of urine excreted rate of lactulose and serum levels of DAO and 0 - lactate on day 1,3,5,7 after brain injury were observed. Results Compared with control group, the urine excreted rate of lactu-lose and serum level of DAO in Gin group on day 1 after brain injury were slightly reduced (P =0. 200) , while all three indexes were significantly reduced on day 3,5,7 (P < 0. 05). Conclusion Ala - Glu probably has protective effects on early intestinal mucosa barrier damage after severe brain injury.%目的 探讨丙氨酰-谷氨酰胺( Ala -Gln)对重型颅脑损伤后肠黏膜通透性的影响.方法 将30名重型颅脑损伤患者随机分为Gln组(Ala - Gln强化的营养支持,15例),对照组(普通营养支持,15例),观察伤后1、3、5、7天尿中乳果糖排泄率、血二胺氧化酶( DAO)和D-乳酸的变化.结果 伤后1天Gln组较对照组乳果糖排泄率、DAO降低不明显(P =0.200),伤后3、5、7天Gln组乳果糖排泄率、DAO、D-乳酸较对照组明显降低(P<0.05).结论 丙氨酰-谷氨酰胺对重型颅脑损伤后早期肠黏膜损害有一定的保护作用.
