Objective To compare the detection rate of HCMV in serum, morning urine or peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Methods Real-time PCR was applied to detect HCMV in serum, morning urine and peripheral blood mononuclear cells for the suspected positive cases identified by colloidal gold immunochromatographic method, and the positive rates of those three different samples were compared. Results The positive rate of HCMV - DNA in serum, morning urine and peripheral blood mononuclear cells were 4.76% ,18. 18% and 20.93% , respectively,which were significantly different. Conclusion Our results revealed that the positive rates were the highest in peripheral blood mononuclear cells, followed by morning urine and serum.%目的 比较患者血清、晨尿及外周血单个核细胞中real-time PCR检测(实时PCR检测)巨细胞病毒(CMV)的检出率.方法 对血清HCMV-IgM检测(胶体金标免疫层析法)阳性疑似病例,应用real-time PCR检测其血清,晨尿和外周血单个核细胞中的HCMV-DNA,比较3种不同标本检测的阳性率.结果 血清标本CMV-DNA阳性检出率为4.76%,展尿沉渣标本阳性检出率为18.18%,外周血单个核细胞分离液标本阳性检出率20.93%,3者之间均有统计学差异.结论 Real-timePCR法检测HCMV-DNA以外周血中单个核细胞中检出率最高,其次为晨尿沉渣标本,血清标本检出率最低.
