眼科健康体检中发现老年人可疑青光眼的情况分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the distribution of sex,age and order of severity in gerontism with suspect glaucoma by health check-up.Methods The datas of eye examination were retrospectively analyzed from Mar.2011 to Mar.2013,which were got from health check-up in health examination center.Results Totally 42 cases suspect glaucoma patients,and constituting 3.48％ of the population.It contained 9 cases in age of 60-65,9 cases in age of 66-70,18 cases in age of 71-75 and 6 cases in age of 76-78.There was a statistical significance in compare ion of proportion on suspect glaucoma in different ages and mild patients more than serious patients.There was no statistical significance in incidence rate between male and female.Conclusion With the growth of age,the incidence rate of suspect glaucoma was gradually improved.The most of suspect glaucoma belonged to mild and moderate while not significantly relation with sex.%目的 分析健康体检发现老年可疑青光眼人群的性别和年龄的分布及严重程度分析.方法 回顾性分析2011年3月～2013年3月间笔者医院健康体检中心老年人群眼部体检资料.结果 共发现可疑青光眼患者42例,占调查人群的3.48％(42/1206)；其中60～65岁9例,66～70岁9例,71～75岁18例,76～78岁6例.不同年龄段发现可疑青光眼构成比比较,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).男性可疑青光眼发生率与女性可疑青光眼发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).轻度患者显著比重度患者多,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 随着年龄的增长,可疑青光眼的发生率逐渐提高,并以轻中度为主,与性别无明显相关性.
