医院图书馆对医护人员开展阅读疗法探讨

摘要

分析医院医护人员心理安全问题，介绍阅读疗法的起源与发展以及开展阅读疗法的可行性，提出开展阅读疗法的途径与方法，指出需要注意的问题，帮助医护人员缓解或消除心理疾患，充分发挥医院图书馆在建设和谐医院中的作用。%The paper analyzes psychological security problem of medical staffs, introduces the origin and development of reading therapy as well as the feasibility of carrying out reading therapy, puts forward the channels and methods, points the existing problems, so as to help medical staffs alleviate or eliminate psychological disorders and fully play the role in constructing a harmonious hospital.
