中医药项目绩效管理信息系统设计与实现

摘要

The paper introduces the rebuilding target of the performance management information system for Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) project.By expounding on system architecture,function realization,security design and its application of virtual private channel and electronic signature technology based on secure socket layer,it points out that the system helps promote the informatization building of performance management for TCM project.%介绍中医药项目绩效管理信息系统建改目标,阐述基于安全套接层虚拟专用网通道和电子签章技术的系统架构、功能实现、安全设计及其应用,指出该系统有利于促进中医药项目绩效评价管理信息化建设.
