目的:研究子宫肌瘤手术患者临床护理路径中舒适护理的应用效果.方法:以2015年7月～2018年7月在某院行子宫肌瘤手术的100例患者作为主要研究对象,采用数字随机表达法分组,50例/组.对照组和观察组分别实施常规护理、舒适护理,比较两组的术后恢复情况和患者满意度.结果:经比较,观察组的术后排气时间、下床活动时间均明显短于对照组,且观察组的术后并发症发生率明显低于对照组,两组有显著差异;通过比较两组患者的护理满意度,发现对照组的满意度明显低于观察组,差异显著.结论:通过对子宫肌瘤手术患者实施舒适护理更有利于患者术后的身体恢复,且并发症少,患者的满意度高,值得进一步推广和应用.%Objective:To sutudy the application of comfortable nursing in the clinical nursing path of patients with uterine fibroid surgery.Methods:100 patients with uterine fibroid surgery in a hospital from July 2015 to July 2018 were selected as the major subjects and randomized divided into two groups with 50 patients/ group.The control group and the observation group were given routine nursing and comfort nursing respectively,and the postoperative recovery and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results: The postoperative venting time and the time of getting out of bed in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,and the postoperative complication rate in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The satisfaction of the control group was significantly lower than that in the observation group.Conclusion:It is more conducive to the recovery of patients after uterine fibroid surgery patients with comfortable nursing,and the complications are few,the patient''s satisfaction is high,it is worth further promotion and application.
