目的:与临床实践相结合,对重症急性胰腺炎患者术后接受护理干预的效果进行观察和研讨.方法:将某院住院部接受急性胰腺炎手术患者78例纳为此次实验对象,随机分为常规组与研究组各39例.给予常规组患者一般护理方式,研究组则以此为基础加强护理干预,并对比两组患者的并发症发生率和生存质量情况.结果:研究组和常规组的并发症发生率分别为5.13％和23.08％,而且研究组患者的生存质量明显要优于常规组,两组差异比较均具有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:重症急性胰腺炎患者在接受手术治疗的全程中接受针对性护理干预,有助于减少出现并发症的情况,改善患者的生存质量,进而加快患者的康复进程.%Objective:To observe and discuss the effect of nursing intervention in the treatment of postoperative complications of severe acute pancreatitis (SAP) patients,combining with clinical practice.Methods:78 patients receiving acute pancreatitis surgery in an inpatient department of a hospital were enrolled as subjects in this study,and were randomly divided into a routine group and a research group with 39 patients in each group.General nursing methods were given to patients in the control group,on which basis the study group strengthened nursing intervention,and the incidence of complications and quality of life in the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of complications in the study group and the control group was 5.13％ and 23.08％ respectively,and the quality of life in the study group was significantly better than that in the conventional group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Conclusion:Patients with severe acute pancreatitis receive targeted nursing intervention during the whole course of operation can help to reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the quality of life of patients, and accelerate the rehabilitation process of patients.
