羌活胜湿汤治疗肩周炎35例疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察羌活胜湿汤对肩周炎的疗效。方法：将70例肩周炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各35例。对照组行针刺治疗,治疗组行针刺结合羌活胜湿汤内服外敷治疗,2周为1个疗程,2组患者分别于治疗后进行总体疗效评价,并于治疗后第2周、4周、12周、24周进行目测类比评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)评估。结果：治疗组总体疗效高于对照组(P<0.05,治疗组VAS评分在治疗后第2、4、12、24周均有显著性差异(P<0.05,对照组第2、4周亦有显著性差异(P<0.05,但至第12、24周已无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论：羌活胜湿汤可改善肩周炎治疗的效果,能提高远期疗效。%Objective:To evaluate the efficacy of Wet Dispelling Dec0tion of Notopterygium to frozen shoulder.Methods:70 cases of frozen shoulder were randomly divided into treatment group and control group evenly.The control group underwent acupuncture treatment,the treatment group underwent acupuncture +Wet Dispelling Decotion of Notopterygium by oraling and topical treatment.During the treating period,two weeks were deviden into a treatment durance.After the treatment,overall efficacy of both groups were eval-uated in the 1st week,4th week,12th week and 24th week,VAS assessment were conducted in every week.Re-sults:The overall effect of the treatment group was higher (P<0.05),in which there were significant differ-ences with VAS score during 2nd and 4th week in the control group (P<0.05),but no obvious difference be-tween the 12th and 24th week (P>0.05 ).In the treatment group,there are significant differences during the 2nd,4th,12th and 24th week(P<0.05 ).Conclusion:Wet Dispelling Decotion of Notopterygium can improve the effectiveness of treatment significantly as well as the long-term efficacy.
