骨盆牵引下手法复位治疗胸腰椎单纯压缩骨折的临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：：探讨骨盆牵引下手法复位治疗胸腰椎单纯压缩骨折的临床疗效。方法：选取胸腰椎单纯压缩骨折患者共60例为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组予各种非手术方法治疗；观察组予早期手法复位,余治疗方法同对照组。对比疼痛视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(Oswestry disability index ,ODI)评分及椎体前缘高度恢复率。结果：观察组患者 VAS评分及 ODI评分均显著低于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组椎体前缘高度恢复率显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：骨盆牵引下手法复位治疗胸腰椎单纯压缩骨折临床疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。%Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of manipulative reduction tracked by pelvis on ab-solute compression fracture of thoracic or lumbar vertebra.Methods:Select 60 patients with absolute compres-sion fracture of thoracic or lumbar vertebra as the research obj ect,randomly divide them into 2 groups,the control group were treated with various nonoperative methods while the observation group were treated with manipulative reduction in early stage ,and the other treating method were the same as that in control group. Record the VAS of pain ,ODI score ,height restoring rate of the anterior edge of vertebra .Results:In obser-vation group,the VAS score,ODI were obviously lower than that of the control group,to compare the 2 groups,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).,in observation group,height restoring rate of the anterior edge of vertebra was significantly better than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is ef-fective to treat absolute compression fracture of thoracic or lumbar vertebra through manipulative reduction tracked by pelvis,it is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
