中药金银花的药用成分及临床药理分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the pharmaceutical ingredients and clinical pharmacology of TCM flos lonicerae.Methods:Review and study the literature reported and medical works in recent years and con-clude the pharmaceutical ingredients and clinical pharmacology of TCM flos lonicerae.Results:(1 )pharma-ceutical ingredients:organic acid compounds,triterpene substances,flavonoids compounds,inorganic ele-ments ,volatile oil and other pharmaceutical ingredients.(2 )Clinical pharmacological effects:the clinical effects of flos lonicerae are mainly in 5 aspects:Specifically :①Antibacterial;②Liver-protective and choleretic effect;③antiviral;④antipyretic and antiphlogistic effect;⑤hemostasia.Conclusion:pharmacologi-cal effect is significant and it is worthy of clinical promotion .%目的：：探讨中药金银花的药用成分及临床药理作用。方法：对近年来有关金银花的文献报道、医学著作等进行查阅、研究，统计、总结金银花的药用成分、临床药理作用。结果：(1)金银花包含有机酸类化合物、三萜皂类物质、黄酮类化合物、无机元素类物质、挥发油等药用成分。(2)金银花的临床药理作用主要表现在5方面：①抗菌；②保肝利胆；③抗病毒；④解热消炎；⑤止血。结论：金银花具有极强的药用价值，值得在中西医临床治疗中推广应用。
