神经节苷酯钠联合新生儿抚触在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病治疗中的应用价值分析

摘要

Objective:To investigate the application value of ganglioside sodium acetate combined new-born touching in the treatment of neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.Methods:73 cases of neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy randomly divided into two groups.The observation group received ganglio-side sodium acetate combined newborn massage,the control group received routine treatment,and then com-pare the treatment effect between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.60%,higher than that of the control group 80.56% (P <0.05);at the same time,12d after the deliv-ery,NBNA scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05 ).Conclu-sion:Curative effect of Ganglioside sodium acetate combined newborn touching in the treatment of neonatal Hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy is exact,and helpful for improving neurological function of the patients.%目的：：探讨神经节苷酯钠联合新生儿抚触在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病治疗中的应用价值。方法：将73例缺氧缺血性脑病新生儿随机分组，观察组采取神经节苷酯钠联合新生儿抚触，对照组应用常规综合治疗，比较两组新生儿的治疗效果。结果：观察组治疗总有效率为94.60%，高于对照组的80.56%(P <0.05)；同时，观察组出生后12d 的 NBNA 评分也较对照组高(P <0.05)。结论：神经节苷酯钠联合新生儿抚触在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病治疗中的应用效果确切，有助于改善患儿的神经功能。
