头孢呋辛酯中高分子聚合物高效液相测定

             

摘要

目的::考察高效液相测定法用于头孢呋辛酯中高分子聚合物的可行性。方法:色谱柱:聚苯乙烯-二乙烯苯共聚物的填充色谱柱,检测波长:280nm,进样量:20ul;流动相:0.032 mol/L LiBr 溶液;流速为0.30 mL·min-1,采用以上条件对头孢呋辛酯中高分子聚合物进行测定。结果:头孢呋辛酯色谱条件经方法学考察均符合要求,在0.0059mg·mL-1~1.4963mg·mL-1范围内,溶液浓度与聚合物峰面积呈线性相关,回归方程为:Y =670667X -5537.4(r =0.9998)。结论:头孢呋辛酯中高分子聚合物浓度可使用高效液相色谱的方法测定,所采用的方法准确可靠,可考虑用于头孢呋辛酯及其类似物的高分子聚合物测定。%Objective:To investigate the feasibility of HPLC determining the polymer in cefuroxime ax-etil.Methods: Column: styrene-divinylbenzene copolymer packed columns, the detection wavelength:280nm,injection volume:20ul;mobile phase:0.032 mol/L LiBr solution;flow rate:0.30 mL·min-1 .Then measured the polymer in cefuroxime axetil under the above conditions.Results:Cefuroxime axetil chromato-graphic conditions through methodological study are in line with the requirements,within the scope of 0.0059mg· mL-1 ~ 1.4963mg · mL-1 .The solution concentration and the polymer peak area were linear correlation,regression equation:Y =670667X - 5537.4 (r =0.9998).Conclusion:Cefuroxime axetil polymer concentration can be measured by HPLC.The measuring method is reliable and can be considered for the de-termination of cefuroxime axetil polymer and the like.
