痔疮术后水肿疼痛给予中药熏洗护理的疗效评价

摘要

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation nursing hemorrhoids of the swelling pain.Methods:Select 104 patients with hemorrhoids surgery with reference to random distribution divided into control group (52 cases)and group (52 cases)and control group given po-tassium permanganate solution to conventional fumigation,the experimental group used traditional Chinese medicine fumigation methods on postoperative nursing care,observation curative effect compare two groups and symptoms such as pain,edema disappeared time difference.Results:The total effective rate of the re-search group was 92.3%,75.0% in the control group and the difference was significantly higher (P <0.05);disapperance of pain,edema and wound healing time of the research group were significantly better than those of the control group,the difference in statistical category (P <0.05).Conclusion:After hemorrhoids surgery,traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and wash care can help to improve symptoms and accelerate healing.%目的：：评价应用中药熏洗对痔疮术后水肿疼痛进行护理的临床效果。方法：遴选104例痔疮手术患者参照随机分配原则划分入对照组(52例)与研究组(52例)，对照组给予高锰酸钾水溶液常规熏洗，实验组则采用中药熏洗方法展开术后护理，观察比较两组疗效及疼痛、水肿等症状消失时间等有无差异。结果：研究组患者的治疗总有效率为92.3%，较之于总有效率为75.0%的对照组明显更高(P <0.05)；研究组患者疼痛消失、水肿消失及创面愈合时间等均明显短于对照组，差异在统计学范畴内(P <0.05)。结论：在痔疮术后应用中药熏洗护理有助于改善症状，加速愈合。
