人性化护理对胆结石手术患者术前焦虑的影响分析

摘要

Objective:To explore the impact of humanized nursing on preoperative anxiety of patients with gallstone surgery.Methods:Randomly select 70 patients underwent surgery of gallstones from Decem-ber 2013 to December 2014 in a hospital,who were divided into experimental group and contrast group with 35 cases in each one.The contrast group received conventional nursing intervention,and the experimental group received conventional nursing intervention with increased humanization nursing.Then assess the pre-operative anxiety of the patients of the two groups according to the self-evaluation of anxiety scale (SAS)re-spectively.Finally compare and analyze the satisfaction of the two groups.Results:The scores of the experi-mental group is significantly better than that of the contrast group.Satisfaction of the experimental group 97. 1% is higher than that of the control group (71.4%),which are statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclu-sion:Humanized nursing can significantly alleviate preoperative anxiety of patients with gallstones surgery, and can greatly improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.%目的：：探究分析人性化护理对胆结石手术患者术前焦虑的影响。方法：随机选取2013年12月~2014年12月期间在某院接受治疗的70例行胆结石手术患者，并将其分为实验组35例和对照组35例，其中对照组患者接受的是常规护理干预，实验组患者在常规护理干预的基础上增加人性化护理，根据焦虑自评量表(SAS)分别对两组患者术前焦虑状况进行评价，对比分析两组患者的护理满意程度。结果：实验组患者的 SAS 评分明显优于对照组，实验组患者的护理满意度(97.1%)面向高于对照组患者的护理满意度(71.4%)，两组患者的术前焦虑评分及其护理满意度对比差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论：人性化护理能够显著缓解胆结石手术患者的术前焦虑症状，并且可以极大提高护理满意度，值得临床应用。
