广州市荔湾区严重精神障碍肇事肇祸倾向者社区干预模式研究

摘要

Objective:To study and build community intervention mode of serious mental disorder trou-blemaking tendency patients.Methods:Select 68 cases of serious mental disorder troublemaking tendency pa-tients as intervening subjects and intervene them for one year.Compare the risk scale,BPRS score and SDSS score of the patients before and after the intervention.Results:After the intervention,the risk scale,BPRS score and SDSS score of the patients are significantly lower than those before the intervention.Conclusion:The community intervention can effectively improve serious mental disorder and reduce the risk.%目的：：探索和建立严重精神障碍肇事肇祸倾向者的社区干预模式。方法：选取有严重精神障碍肇事肇祸危险倾向的患者68例为干预对象，并进行为期1年的社区干预，比较患者干预前后肇事肇祸危险度评估表等级、简明精神病量表(BPRS)评分及社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)评分。结果：经过1年的社区干预，患者肇事肇祸危险度评估表等级、BPRS 评分及 SDSS 评分明显降低，与干预前比较差异显著。结论：采取社区综合干预可有效改善严重精神障碍，降低肇事肇祸危险度。
