脑电双频指数指导下行瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚TCI麻醉在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中的应用效果分析

摘要

Objective:To analyze the effect of remifentanil combined with propofol TCI anesthesia in laparoscopic cholecystectomy with Bispectral index.Methods:Seventy patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy were randomly selected from April 2015 to January 2016 in a hospital.The patients were randomly divided into two groups,who were treated with different ways of anesthesia,and then compare the effects.Results:The use of remifentanil in the observation group was less than that in the control group, the removal of laryngeal mask and the time of open eyes were shorter than that of the control group.The anesthesia effect of the observation group was 62.86%,34.29% and 2.86%,the anesthesia effect of control group was 45.71%,40%,14.29%.Conclusion:The bispectral index of dibbentonil combined with propofol combined with propofol TCI is more obvious and worthy of promotion.%目的:分析在腹腔镜胆囊切除术中借助脑电双频指数指导实施瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚TCI麻醉的效果.方法:随机选择2015年4月~2016年1月在某院接受腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗的患者70例,随机平均分成观察组与对照组,实施不同方式麻醉,比较两组效果.结果:观察组瑞芬太尼使用量少于对照组,喉罩拔除以及睁眼时间短于对照组;观察组麻醉效果分级为1~3级,分别为62.86%、34.29%、2.86%,对照组分别为45.71%、40%、14.29%.结论:脑电双频指数指导下行瑞芬太尼复合丙泊酚TCI麻醉效果更明显,值得推广.
