优化流程在供应室外来器械和植入物规范化管理中的应用观察

摘要

Objective:To study the application of optimization process in the standardized management of outdoor equipment and implants.Methods:From October 2014 to February 2016, 100 bags of outdoor devices were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the observation group was optimized and standardized.Results:The rational rate of washing of observation group (96.00%) was higher than that of control group (84.00%, P<0.05).The rate of loss of the instrument in observation group was lower than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The optimization process in the management of outdoor equipment and implants can reduce the hospital infection rate,reduce the rate of loss of equipment and promote the smooth operation of the operation.%目的:优化流程在供应室外来器械和植入物规范化管理中的应用研究.方法:2014年10月~2016年2月,供应室外来器械100包,随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组实施常规处理,观察组实施优化流程与规范化管理.结果:观察组的清洗合理率96.00%高于对照组84.00%(P<0.05);观察组器械损失率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组湿包率与提前放行率均优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:供应室外来器械和植入物规范化管理中优化流程,可降低医院感染率,降低器械损失率,促进手术顺利进行.
