综合护理干预对艾滋病病人治疗依从性及特质应对方式影响

摘要

目的：：研究并探讨综合护理干预对艾滋病患者治疗依从性及特质应对方式的影响。方法：于2010年1月~2015年10月，在某科收治的艾滋病患者中随机抽取100例艾滋病患者作为此次研究的对象，采取抛掷硬币的随机分组方法将这100例艾滋病患者分为对照组、观察组，每组均有患者50例。对照组实施常规护理干预，观察组实施综合护理干预。对比两组患者的治疗依从性、生活质量评分以及特质应对方式评分。结果：观察组的治疗依从性为92%，高于对照组的68%(P <0.05)；观察组的生活质量总评分为(80.24±6.71)分，明显高于对照组的(67.82±6.03)分(P <0.05)；观察组的积极应对评分为(35.62±3.24)分，消极应对评分为(19.54±2.09)，均优于对照组的(31.29±2.87)分、(22.69±2.54)分(P <0.05)。结论：在艾滋病患者的临床治疗过程中，实施综合护理干预可有效提高患者的治疗依从性，改善患者的生活质量水平，促使患者建立积极的应对方式。%Objective:To study and discuss the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on treat-ment compliance and trait coping style of AIDS patients.Methods:100 cases of AIDS patients treated in a hospital from January 2010 to October 2015 were randomly selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by taking the randomized grouping method of flipping a coin,with 50 ca-ses in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The treatment compliance,life quality scores and trait coping style scores were compared between the two groups.Results:The treatment compliance of observation group (92%)was higher than that of control group (68%)(P <0.05).The total score of life quality of observation group [(80.24±6.71)points]was significantly higher than that of control group [(67.82±6.03)points](P<0.05).The positive and negative coping score of observation group [(35.62 ±3.24)points,(1 9.54±2.09) points]were better than those of control group [(31.29±2.87)points,(22.69±2.54)points](P <0.05).Con-clusion:In the process of clinical treatment of AIDS patients,the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the treatment compliance and the quality of life of patients,and promote patients to establish a positive coping style.
