304不锈钢薄膜离子液体镀铝制备铁铝化合物的微观结构

         

摘要

AI coatings with the thickness of 12μm, 38μm and 48μm were electroplated on 304 stainless steel foils in an ionic solution. Fe-A1 intermetallics including FeA1, FeA12 and Fe2A15 were finally formed in the coatings by heat treatment following the electroplating. Microstructures and compositions of the coatings were investigated by optical microscopy (OM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy dispersive spectroscopy (EDS), and transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results prove that the coatings are composed of nonstoichiometric phases of FeA1, FeAl2+Al2Fe and Fe2Al5 with alloy elements such as Cr, Mn and Ni as the solutes. Al2Fe phaseexists in the form of graininess and has high content of Cr. In most grains of F62Als however, Cr content is low and Fe content is high.%采用离子液体镀铝的方法,在304不锈钢薄膜上电沉积不同厚度(12mm、38mm、48mm)的铝镀层,再经热处理,制备出成分位于FeAl、FeAl。、Fe。A1。相区的铁铝化合物。用金相显微镜(OM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等手段检测铁铝化合物的形貌、组成和微观结构。结果表明,三种不同成分铁铝化合物的相结构分别为固溶合金元素Cr,Ni,Mn的FeAl相、FeAl2+Al2Fe相和Fe2Al5相;其中Al2Fe以颗粒状存在,并含高浓度的Cr;而Fe2Al5中主要晶粒含较低的Cr、高的Fe浓度,少量晶粒中含有较多的Cr元素。
