海洋灾害地质学是近半个世纪以来逐步发展起来的1门新兴学科.本文论述了这一学科产生与发展的背景,简要回顾了国内外海洋灾害地质调查研究的历史,展望了学科的发展前景.作者认为,海洋灾害地质学学科的进一步发展,必需要融入“全球变化”和“全球系统科学”的概念；要加强海洋灾害地质学基础理论研究；既要重视海岸带灾害地质研究,又要面对深水油气和大洋海底矿产资源开发带来的深海地质灾害问题的挑战；要积极推进海洋地质灾害防治领域科学问题和关键技术研究,引导高新技术在该领域的广泛应用,使这一学科沿着健康的方向发展.%Marine hazard geology is a new discipline gradually developed in the latter half of 20th century. This article discussed the background of its emergence and development, and briefly reviewed the history of geological investigation and study of marine hazard both at home and abroad, and looked into its prospects. The author believes that further development of the disciplines must be integrated into the concepts of the "global change" and "global change science". It is important to strengthen the study of basic theory and attach great importance to the study of coastal geo-hazards, while challenges of deep sea geological hazards resulted from exploitation of deep seabed mineral resources and oil and gas must be faced. We have to actively promote the research on the scientific issues and key technologies in prevention and control of marine geological hazards, and to guide the application of high-new-tech in the field. Only in this way, the marine hazard geology will be developed in a healthy direction.
