磁粉心磁性能VSM测量研究

     

摘要

与铁氧体材料相比,磁粉心材料一般具有高饱和磁通密度Bs(>1T)以及高居里温度TC(>400℃).采用振动样品磁强计(VSM)测量了铁硅、铁硅铝磁粉心材料饱和磁化状态时的Ms、Hs以及H为240kA/m时的σs-T曲线.根据公式Bs=μo[ H+(1-N)Ms],计算获得材料的Bs值(1.55T和1.07T),与采用B-H分析仪所测得的 Bs值(1.60T 和1.06T)相近.我们认为 VSM 可作为一种临时用来测试材料 Bs的简便方法,但是更准确的Bs可通过B-H分析仪来测量.通过σs-T曲线方式测量得到铁硅、铁硅铝的居里温度约495℃、470℃,但实际居里温度点比测试值更低.%Compared with ferrite, powder cores generally have high saturation magnetic flux density Bs (above 1T ) and high Curie temperature TC (above 400℃). The Ms and Hs of FeSi and FeSiAl core was investigated by VSM, andσs-T curves was tested under applied field of 240kA/m. According to the function of Bs=μo[ H+(1-N)Ms], Bs was calculated, which was similar to the value tested by B-H analyzer. Therefore, we thought that VSM can be used to test Bs temporarily instead of B-H analyzer. However, the value tested by B-H analyzer was more precise. Fromσs-T curves, the Curie temperature of FeSi and FeSiAl cores were determined as about 495℃and 470℃, a little higher than the real value.
