复合法制备的高性能永磁铁氧体

     

摘要

By adopting La and Co ion substitution, many permanent magnetic ferrite manufacturers in China can produce magnet equivalent to TDK FB6 series products, but problems exist such as too large amount of La and Co, and performance instability of batch production. To solve these problems, a new processes, or complex method was proposed for prepare high performance permanent magnetic ferrite: mixing under-presintered powder with commercially available Y30H-2 presintered powder to prepare high performance ferrite material. Finally material was produced with performance of Br=400 to 430mT, Hcj=302 to 398kA/m, exceeding that of TDK FB6B. Compared to the traditional preparation process, this method reduces the La and Co addition, and resultantly the production cost.%通过采用La、Co离子取代国内很多永磁铁氧体厂家已经能够生产相当于日本TDK公司FB6系列性能的产品,但存在La、Co添加量大、产品批量性能不稳定等问题。针对这些问题,提出了一种制备高性能永磁铁氧体的新方法——复合法。首先制备一种预烧料,与市购 Y30H-2牌号预烧料复合使用,制备而成的最终产品磁性能超出了日本TDK公司的FB6B标准,Br:400~430mT;Hcj:302~398kA/m,与传统工艺制备方法相比La、Co添加量明显减少,降低了生产成本,具有一定的市场竞争力和后续研究潜力。
