磁阻型非致命防暴枪供弹机构方案设计

     

摘要

供弹机构是磁阻型非致命防暴枪的关键模块,主要作用是实现电磁枪的连续自动供弹。磁阻型非致命防暴枪在工作原理上与传统火药武器不同,因此其供弹机构与传统武器有所区别,针对磁阻式非致命防暴枪的工作特点对其供弹机构进行了设计与分析。首先阐述了该机构的工作原理,在此基础上提出了针对磁阻型非致命防暴枪的供弹机构方案,对机构中的供弹电磁线圈模块进行了仿真分析,优化了线圈参数,制作了供弹机构模型,搭建了供弹实验平台。经过修改验证,该供弹机构顺利通过可行性测试,结果证明能够可靠运行。%The feed mechanism is the key module of the reluctance electromagnetic nonfatal riot gun, and the main function is to realize the continuous automatic feeding. According to the working characteristics of the reluctance electromagnetic nonfatal riot gun, the feed mechanism is designed and analyzed. The reluctance electromagnetic nonfatal riot gun is different from the traditional gunpowder weapon, so its feed mechanism is different from that of traditional weapons also. In this paper, the working principle was described, and on this base a scheme was proposed for the reluctance electromagnetic nonfatal riot gun feed mechanism. The electromagnetic coil module was simulated, the parameters of the coil were optimized, feed mechanism was made, and experimental platform was built. Through modification and verification, feasibility test was successfully passed for the feed mechanism.
