中国R D投入与经济增长质量问题实证研究

摘要

It analyzes R&D input current situation in the China and make a positive study on the relation between R&D input and economic growth Quality in this paper,which shows in the relevant conclusions that there is the remarkable positive relation between China’s R&D input and economic growth and there also exists remarkable regional difference.Generally speaking,it is R&D input in eastern regions that plays the largest role in economic growth,then that in middle regions takes second place and that in the western regions takes the last place,and on the basis of which it advances relevant policy suggestions such as adding R&D input,improving R&D outcome efficiency and reinforcing support for western regions,etc.in this paper.%文章分析了中国目前R&D投入现状，并就其与经济增长质量之间的关系进行了实证研究。相关结论表明：中国的R&D投入与经济增长质量之间存在显著的正相关关系，并且还存在明显的地区性差异；总体而言，东部地区的R&D投入对经济增长质量的促进作用最大，中部次之，而西部地区影响最低。在此基础上提出了加大R&D投入、提高R&D产出效益和加大西部地区扶持力度等相关政策建议。
