侗族习惯法研究的意义--以黔东南侗族习惯法为视角

As a vast, multi-ethnic State, in the development of the long history of each minority has formed its own unique historical traditions, cultural identity and way of life, under the effect of these factors is also derived from their customary law.Qiandongnan Dong is one of the 17 native minorities in Guizhou, it heritage of thousands of years of common law, is no doubt a shining pearl in the Chinese traditional legal culture .Investigation and re-search of the Dong nationality’s customary law, historical causes contribute to a profound understanding of ethnic minority's customary law and its practical function , using the best of traditional law culture and modern rule of law in China-building service has enormous benefits .%　　我国是一个幅员辽阔的多民族国家，在漫长的历史发展中，少数民族形成了各自独特的历史传统、文化特征与生活方式，在这些因素的作用下也衍生出各自不同的习惯法。黔东南侗族是贵州17个世居少数民族之一，它传承了数千年的习惯法，无疑是我国传统法律文化中的一颗璀璨明珠。对侗族习惯法的调查研究，有助于深刻了解少数民族习惯法的历史成因和现实功能，有利于我国优秀的传统法律文化为现代法治建设服务。
