The list of documents that users published is compared with the list of existing documents (627). New documents are saved into a database (528). Emails are sent to web pages or mobile messaging tools including SMS to instrument users with a link to validate or not the documents (629). The database is updated according to reply emails returned from instrument users, validating the documents (722).
