丝网印刷用聚氨酯弹性体的研制

摘要

The polyurethane elastomer whose hardness ranges from shore A 60~90 was synthesized using half pre-polymerization method by self-made polyester glycol and methylene diphenyl diisocyanate ( MDI ) as the main raw materials.The influence of the polyester polyol , hard segment content;extender amount and curing tempera-ture was investigated .The polyurethane elastomer for the use of screen printing scraping tablet had good perform -ances of excellent solvent resistance , mechanical properties , cutting machining properties , etc.%以聚酯多元醇和二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯（ MDI）为主要原料，采用半预聚物法制备了邵A硬度为60～90 A的聚氨酯弹性体。考察了聚酯多元醇、硬段含量、扩链剂用量及固化温度对聚氨酯弹性体性能的影响。所制弹性体具有良好的耐溶剂性能、力学性能和切削加工等性能，可用于丝网印刷胶刮。
