PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyurethane elastomer composition for one-shot molding with superior handleability and moldability in production, and a squeegee for screen printing improved in elastomer characteristics (impact resilience, in particular) while keeping the preferable solvent resistance, and allowing precise and elaborate printing in the screen printing.;SOLUTION: The polyurethane elastomer composition includes: a polyester polyol composition containing a polyester polyol (A) obtained by a reaction of a glycol component including 1,3-propane diol (a1) and diethylene glycol (a2) or ethylene glycol (a3) with a polycarboxylic acid component containing succinic acid (b), a chain extending agent (B), and a urethanizing catalyst (C), when necessary; and a polyisocyanate (D).
