PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device capable of simply manufacturing a plate for screen printing in short time without needs for skilled techniques and without generating air bubbles on the plate.;SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a plate for screen printing, including using a laminate (10) by filling a photosensitive liquid (3) to fill opening of a gauze (1) with a state that the gauze (1) is stood on an active energy ray transmissive film (2), irradiating an active energy ray from a side of the film (2) of the laminate (10) via a block copy (4) with a state that atmosphere of a surface opposite to the film (2) side of the laminate (10) is replaced with inert gas and then peeling the film (2) from the laminate (10) and removing uncured photosensitive liquid (3) with a liquid dissolving the photosensitive liquid (3) to obtain the plate for screen printing.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
