“全程实践培养模式”的探索与思考--以洛阳师范学院全日制教育硕士为例

The training objective of the postgraduate students of master degree of education should highlight the characteristics of the teachers, and construct the practice mode of the value orientation. According to the culti-vation objective of master of education, Luoyang Normal University constructs a full course practice training mode that highlights the career oriented features, and achieved remarkable results. Such a mode has some value for popu-larization and reference.%教育硕士专业学位研究生的培养目标必须突出教师职业特色，建构实践价值取向的培养模式。洛阳师范学院依据教育硕士的培养目标定位，构建以突出职业导向为特征，以提高实践教学能力为核心的“全程实践培养模式”，探索出一条立足行业、立足合作、立足实践的全程实训、全员参与、全程监控、环环相扣、协同育人的立体化培养模式，取得了明显成效，具有一定的推广价值。
