基于 TQM的普通高校学生顶岗实习质量保障体系研究

摘要

为贯彻国务院关于普通本科高等学校向应用技术类型高等学校转型的要求，必须加大普通高校学生顶岗实习力度，重视顶岗实习质量。普通高校学生顶岗实习中存在着较多问题，包括实习内容与专业不对口；实习单位缺乏有能力的指导教师；频繁更换岗位，实习工作连续性差；专业岗位层次过低，实习效果差；实习地点分散，监管难度大；考核评价不合理等。从学校内部、学生自身和实习单位三方面对顶岗实习问题进行了原因分析，在此基础上提出构建基于 TQM的顶岗实习质量保障体系，并给出实施建议。%In order to carry out the requirement issued by the State Council that the common undergraduate course colleges and universities should be transformed into the applied technology type of colleges and universities,the post practice in common colleges and universities must be intensified and great importance must be attached to the quality of the post practice.At present,there exist relatively numerous problems in the post practice in the colleges and universities:Practice content mismatching the majors;lack of qualified tutors in the internship units;frequent changes of the post,unsteady practice;too low professional post level offered to the students,poor practice effect;scattered internship sites and difficult supervision for them;unreasonable check and assessment.This paper made an analysis of the problems of post practice from inside the schools and the students themselves as well as internship units,on the basis of which this paper proposed to construct the post practice quality guarantee system based on TQMand put forward proposals for the implementation.
