龙岩市产业结构与就业结构偏离度分析

摘要

In order to step up the regional economy growth and full employment, it is greatly important to coordinate the development of industrial structure and employment structure. With the promotion of marketization, the three main industries in Longyan are developing in an incredibly fast speed. However, with continuously adjustment and optimization of the industrial structure, the adjustment for the employment structure stays comparatively slow. This paper, based on the statistical data of Longyan, and using structural deviation measurement, tries to analyze the industrial structure and employment structure in this particular area. The result indicates that there is still discordance between the employment structure and the primary industry together with secondary industry, whereas the tertiary industry seems to have a better compatibility.%产业结构与就业结构的相互协调，对于促进区域经济的增长和充分就业具有重要的现实意义。伴随着市场化的推进，龙岩市的三大产业都得到了快速发展，然而在产业结构不断调整和优化的同时，就业结构的调整却相对比较缓慢。以龙岩市历年的统计数据为依据，运用结构偏离度方法对该地区的产业结构和就业结构的协调性进行了分析，结果表明该地区第一产业和第二产业的产业结构和就业结构的结构偏离度高，而第三产业的协调性则相对较好。
