低合金铸钢的低温冲击韧性与工艺参数

             

摘要

For the low alloy steel castings which are applied to Russia train bolsters and side frames, whether the low temperature impact toughness meets the requirements or not is closely related to the service life of the product and the safety of the train. In order to enable the low-temperature impact toughness of steel castings to meet the requirements, the author, firstly, on the basis of understanding the performance, metallurgic phase and material requirements of the low-alloy steel products, analyzes and researches the problems in the product trial process of casting and heat treatment according to determined process and test methods, secondly, ascertains the influence of casting height of test rod, opening time, heat treatment temperature, heating time, cooling speed and related process parameters in the process of casting and heat treatment on low temperature impact toughness of low alloy steel castings in an attempt to ensure the quality of bolsters and side frames.%对于应用于俄罗斯火车摇枕和侧架的低合金铸钢来说,其低温冲击韧性是否符合要求关系到产品的使用寿命和火车的安全。为使铸钢的低温冲击韧性满足要求,在了解该低合金铸钢产品的性能、金相及材料要求的基础上,根据确定的工艺路线及检验方法,通过对产品试制过程中铸造和热处理生产的有关问题进行分析和研究,明确铸造及热处理工艺中的试棒浇铸高度、铸件开箱时间、热处理温度、加热时间、冷却速度等有关工艺参数对低合金铸钢的低温冲击韧性的影响,保证摇枕和侧架的材料质量。
