对我国现行家事纠纷解决机制的思考

摘要

家庭和睦才能社会和谐,家事纠纷的大量出现需寻求适合的解纠方法,我国在家事纠纷的解决方式上是当事人协商和解、第三方调解的诉讼外机制与诉讼机制并存。文章对我国目前家事纠纷解决机制的现状及存在的问题展开分析,阐述了改革和完善现有家事纠纷解决机制的必要性并提出相关建议。%Only united and affectionate families can make a harmonious society.But currently,there are a large presence of family diputes,so we need appropriate solutions to these disputes.The settlements on family disputes in our country is extralitigation mechanism,the parties reconciliated by consultation,coexist with litigation mechanism,which means the third parties＇s intermediation.This paper analyses the current situation and the exisisting problems of the dispute resolution mechanism in today＇s China.It explorates the necessity of reforming and improving the current family dispute resolution mechanism,and also gives some relative suggestions.
