不同树盘覆盖方式和有机肥种类对苹果园土壤酶活性的影响

摘要

In order to explore the influence of different soil management on soil quality in apple orchard, the activity of several soil enzymes in apple orchard treated with different ground cover and organic fertil-izers were researched,the results showed that:compared with the control group,soil enzyme activities of each treatment in different soil layers were raised,by adopting ridging,ditching,film coating and microbial organic fertilizer,activity of catalase,cellulase,invertase,urease,protease in the apple orchards root zone soil has increased significantly,these measures can be popularized in production.%为了解不同土壤管理措施对苹果园土壤质量的影响，测定了不同树盘覆盖方式和不同有机肥条件下苹果园中几种主要土壤酶的活性，结果表明：与对照相比，各处理均不同程度地提高了不同土层中土壤酶的活性，其中起垄挖沟覆膜＋微生物有机肥对根区土壤中过氧化氢酶、土壤纤维素酶、转换酶、土壤尿酶、土壤蛋白酶活性的提高效果最好，在生产上可以加以推广。
