Provided is a technique which can diagnose a disease affecting a tree with high accuracy. This affected tree diagnosis system is provided with: a subject acquisition unit for acquiring an image of a tree of interest; a diagnosis unit for inputting the image of the tree of interest to a diagnosis model, which has experienced a machine learning for diagnosing a tree having affected leaves as an affected tree from the image of the tree, by employing, as learning data, an image of a tree, information showing an area in which leaves are therein in the image, and information showing whether or not a characteristic property of the affecting disease appears in the area, thereby diagnosing a tree having affected leaves as an affected tree; and a diagnosis result output unit for outputting the results of the diagnosis.
