高职院校大学语文教学团队建设探析

摘要

With the construction of teaching team of Liuzhou Vocational and Technical College University as an example, starting from the analysis of existing in the construction of University Chinese teaching team in higher vocational colleges, the exploration language teaching team construction in University College strategy.%以柳州职业技术学院大学语文教学团队建设为例，从分析高职院校大学语文教学团队建设中存在的问题入手，提出做好课程的定位、优化师资结构、推进课题研究、开展第二课堂活动和社会服务项目等教学团队建设的策略。
